The Grounds Pass allows visitors access to our 1,120 acres full of history and tranquil beauty-perfect for learning while enjoying the great outdoors. The grounds include a historic garden, field quarters, historical markers, wildlife, hiking trail, historic buildings and a discounted wine tasting* at our onsite tasting room, Natchez Hills Winery at Andrew Jackson’s Hermitage. The Hermitage mansion is not included as part of the grounds pass.

Dogs are welcome with a grounds pass and are free to walk, run and play while leashed on our site. Please bring bags to dispose of pet waste.

You will spend time in the quaint town of Franklin to shop, eat, and view historic sites on your own. You will begin to understand how the residents of Franklin, the Civil War town of 750 people, emerged from their homes on the morning of December 1, 1864 to find over 9,500 casualties.

This voucher is valid for admission for one person in one game. You may choose to play one of four unique adventures: Gold Rush, Sabotage, Cosmic Crisis and Special Ops: Mysterious Market.

Things to remember:
- Please note - all orders must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Each game has a different maximum capacity.
- Games are shared experiences unless you book the full room. If you have not booked a private experience, you may be paired with other guests.
- Participants must arrive in the lobby 15 minutes prior to game start time. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking concerns. Free parking is limited, so we strongly recommend carpooling.
- Please call for more info on wheelchair accessibility.
- You will be in a room with a locked door, but every door is equipped with an exit button. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time.
- We recommend our games for ages 13 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
