How to receive your Total Access Pass 2023

Will Call Instructions
After purchasing your pass, you will receive a confirmation email from aRes Travel. Your Total Access Pass(es) will be available for pick up on the date you choose during the checkout process at the Nashville Visitor Center - located at Bridgestone Arena.

PLEASE PRINT OR SHOW YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Shipping & Handling Instructions
Must be booked ten (10) days in advance.  Best option to make advanced reservations. U.S. Domestic Shipping Only.

Participating Attractions and Exclusive Deals are subject to change, and operating hours may change due to the season. Must have valid, physical Total Access Pass to redeem attraction tickets and exclusive deals. Only one ticker per pass can be accepted at an attraction.  Pass is valid for 30 days from arrival date in Nashville. If your arrival is in December 2023 - the pass will expire on January 15, 2024. Passes will NOT be honored past January 15, 2024.

Rooms booked under this package are non-refundable and cannot be canceled. If you wish to book multiple rooms, please complete separate transactions for each room. There is a 4-person maximum per package reservation.
