Tours take place daily between 10am and 4pm, and last approximately one hour.

Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

All tickets are non-refundable/non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Ticket package and prices are subject to change without notice. All tours subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.

Advanced Reservations
Reservations are required. You will receive a confirmation email with a phone number to reserve your tour time upon completion of your order.

Do Not Have Advanced Reservations
Present printed voucher with valid photo ID at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum Information Desk to reserve for the next available tour. Please arrive at the museum by or before 11am to choose tour time. Same day admission cannot be guaranteed for guest arriving after 11am.
