Parking is $15 - 18 per vehicle and not included in the price of admission.

All tickets are non-refundable/non-returnable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. Ticket package and prices are subject to change without notice.

Any guest under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by someone 18 years or older. Any adult with a minor under the age of 16 must be ready to participate with that climber.

Instructions for fulfillment Full Adult Course Admission

Advanced reservations are strongly recommended as days and times do sell out. Walk-up availability is not guaranteed. Upon completion of your order, you will be provided with a phone number and email to reserve your date, time, and level of course based on age.

Please remember to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled reservation to fill out a waiver form and get fitted for your equipment. Not arriving on time will affect your group's scheduled departure. You can also complete the waiver online.

CLOSED TOED SHOES are the only footwear allowed to be worn on the course.
